Acclaimed British guitarist Aziz Ibrahim, who first came to fame with influential bands such as Simply Red, Asia and The Stone Roses, was excited to receive his highly anticipated iRig Micro Amp.

Speaking from his studio in Manchester, he told us:

"I'm interested to see how an extension 4 ohm speaker will work. Running of batteries or an external power supply means that the portability is a real gem plus the ability to input another iOS device for backings through a 1/8 " TRS cable. Very useful!"

"Simplicity of the controls on the top panel, thumbs up. I can imagine 2 of these mounted on the adaptor that comes with the amp, on mic stands in a stereo set up in the future! "
